Among METALtech uk’s core services is profile cutting, which we added to our portfolio in 2018 by expanding to include a new standalone 10,000 sq ft facility to house our CNC (computer numerically controlled) laser and HD (high definition) plasma sections.

The service centres around the state-of-the-art processes delivered by our 6.0kw Bystronic BySprint Pro CO2 laser cutting and piercing technology and our Hypertherm XPR300™ HD plasma cutting system, both of which we use to manufacture small and medium-sized parts from flat sheet metal.

We offer you profile cutting either as part of our one-stop design & build service, or as a standalone manufacturing & supply service.
