This project is part of the Glasgow Harbour Development.
As part of the development Granary Quay consists of 342 apartments situated within Glasgow Harbour on the north bank of the River Clyde, serving as a riverfront extension of Glasgow’s West End.
Situated on the site of former grain warehouses, Granary Quay is a build-to-rent development set to introduce 342 new apartments to the area.
We have enjoyed working on this project, which positively impacts the residential community. The project features high quality finishes and creative elements throughout.
This development respects the site’s history and adds to the modern appeal of Glasgow’s West End. We are proud to have contributed to improving the living experience for future residents in this area.
